At CutsnArts, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury and custom-made clothing. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Ready-Made Outfits
Returns or exchanges are only applicable to ready-made outfits under the following conditions:
• The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The outfit must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• The item must not be altered, damaged, or worn.

Once the return request is approved, the customer is responsible for securely sending the item back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom-Made Outfits
All custom-made and made-to-order outfits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As these designs are created according to the customer’s specific measurements and preferences, they cannot be resold or altered for return.

Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale, promotion, or special discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, as decided by CutsnArts. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Courier & Shipping Responsibility
CutsnArts is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier services once the parcel has been dispatched. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service when returning items.
