Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and handcrafted detailing, slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric may occur. Such variations are a natural part of luxury and handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom-made outfits are created according to the measurements, design, and specifications provided by the customer. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. CutsnArts is not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Full payment or advance payment (as applicable) is required to confirm an order. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Processing time varies depending on whether the product is ready-made or custom-stitched. Any timelines shared are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
CutsnArts delivers nationwide and may offer international shipping. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier services. Delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-made outfits may be eligible for return or exchange under specific conditions, which are detailed in our Return Policy. Custom-made outfits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CutsnArts website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of CutsnArts. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.
